The “gift of the gab” is helpful, but not essential, for the person in this position. Our ideal Recruitment Coordinator knows a lot of people in his/her community, and isn’t afraid to approach newcomers! Participants are more likely to sign up when they’re speaking to someone from their community, and a friendly face goes a long way! This person champions the MS Society within their community, encouraging as many people as possible to take part in the MS Walk 2020.
Being part of the Committee is ideal for people looking to get more involved with the MS Society and who wish to enhance or share their existing skills and experience.
